At the top of the program are menus (File, Edit, View, Go, Tools...)
Select Tools - E-Mail Accounts
Select "Add a new e-mail account" and click Next.
For your server type, select "POP3" and click Next
On the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) window, enter your information as follows:
Your Name
Enter your first and last name.
E-mail Address
Enter your e-mail address.
User Name
Enter your full e-mail address, again.
Password
Enter the password you set up for your e-mail account.
Incoming mail server (POP3)
Your incoming server is mail.mydomain.com, where "mydomain.com" is the name of your domain.
Outgoing mail server (SMTP)
Here you have the choice of entering your ISP information or using the same as the incoming. However if your ISP blocks port 25 then you will be obligated to use their SMTP. You can call them and ask them what their SMTP is. Also make sure you have your user name and password to authenticate the SMTP settings..
Click "More Settings."
If you are using your ISP then you must click on (Log on Using) and put your ISP user name and password. Or refer to the support section on SMTP Server under Email Support.
When done click next - this will take you to the previous form - click Next
